Andy Abbott, PhD, holds his PhD in Psychology. He has been working in the mental health profession for the past 12 years. He is also an adjunct professor at Southern Maine Community College and Capella University. Andy currently has his own private practice in Portland, Maine. His passion and research interest center in existential psychology.

Jennifer Bella, LCSW, has over 20 years of counseling experience in both New Hampshire and Maine and currently maintains a private practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. She has extensive experience working with gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered clients including a variety of group work.

Dana Bontatibus, LCPC, LMFT, has provided clinical services in Connecticut and crisis services in Maine. He currently serves as the supervisor of Sweetser's Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit and Supported Housing program.
 
Andrea Brewster, LCPC, LCMHC, is currently a clinical therapist with Sweetser. She has specialized in treaing learning disabled adults and children using DBT, CBT and expressive arts therapies in individual and group settings.
 
Patricia Burke, MSW, LCSW, is a Board certified diplomat in clinical social work, a certified clinical alcohol, tobacco and other drugs social worker, a qualified member of MNT (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers) and a certified clinical supervisor. She has been on the faculty of the Rutgers University Summer School of Alcohol and Drug Strudies since 1989 and is currently on the faculty of the Brown University Center of Alcohol Studies: Addiction Technology Transfer Center of New England and the Union Institute and University of Vermont Academic Center Adult Degree Program where she teaches in the concentrations of Psychology and Spirituality & Holistic Studies. She maintains a private clinical and consultation practice in Maine.
 
Janet Christopher has worked as a manager in mental health for more than 10 years. She has received extensive training in DBT and has taught this subject throughout Northern New England.
 
Molly DeLaney, PsyD, is a frequent speaker on various mind-body topics. She is an approved consultant and faculty member with the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
 
Ron Feintech, PhD, holds his PhD in Clinical Psychology. He began his career as a professional pscyhologist, sex educator and psychotherapist following his post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School. He and his wife operate The Couple's Center in Portland, Maine.
 
Dennis Grannis-Pheonix is a Sweetser mobilization specialist with Wraparound in Knox and Waldo counties. Dennis has a master's degree in Adventure Education and Ecopsychological Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Social Work. Dennis has been using nature based practices for self-healing and healing of others since 1991.
 
Sherry Hanson, MA, LADC, LCPC, has over 30 years of experience in the field of chemical dependency, as well as mental health. She has worked in a variety of modalities and levels of care from individual and group to family, as well as outpatient and long term residential treatment. She is currently working as a day treatment clinican at The School at Sweetser in Saco.
 
Jan Hebert-Parmenter, LCPC, has 20 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings including schools, crisis and outpatient. She has received extensive training in DBT.
 
Kristin Hurley, LCPC, NCC, has trained at the Minuchin Center for the Family and has served as a clinical supervisor for Sweetser’s MST program. Kristin completed her post-master’s in clinical community counseling at John Hopkins University, and co-authored Development and Validation of the Self-Awareness and Management Strategies (SAMS) Scales for Therapists.
 
Marc Kaplan, DO, provides residential psychiatric care at Sweetser's residential campus in Saco. He is a clinical instructor in family medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has extensive experience providing medical educational programs on a regional and national basis for numerous medical education organizations. 
 
Aimee Kolomick, LCMHC, RPT, works for Genesis Behavioral Health in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Her area of interest is in integrative treatment with children and families affected by interpersonal violence. Aimee providies training for parents and community members about trauma, attachment and child centered parenting.
 
Denise Lamothe is a clinical psychologist, doctor of holistic health, national speaker and author of the popular book, The Taming of the Chew. She speaks extensively in the United States and Canada in workshops and lectures, on radio and television. She has been in practice since 1981 and has taught extensively for institutions such as The University of New Hampshire, Antioch/New England Graduate School, New England College and The Learning Centers in New York, California and Toronto.
 
Christine Linnehan, ADTR, LCPC, has a private practice, Riverview Counseling, in Scarborough, Maine and is a clinical consultant at the Center for Grieving Children in Portland, Maine. For over 15 years she has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including a partial hospitalization program for women with a history of trauma. She is a registered dance/movement therapist and pursued post-graduate study in psychodrama at the Family Institute of Cambridge.
 
Paula Lumb, LCSW, has worked throughout her entire 25 year career as a social worker and therapist with children and families. She is currently the primary clinician with the Child Development Clinic at Evergreen Behavioral Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Relations and a master's degree in Social Work and has served as a clinical supervisor.
 
Careyleah MacLeod, LCSW, has worked in child welfare for 10 years. Careyleah is currently a clinical supervisor and also has been a clinical case manager and clinician for Sweetser, providing individual and family therapy, attachment and trauma work, as well as DBT, DBT Parenting, EMDR and Narrative Therapy. 
 
Elizabeth Marcotte, LCSW, has worked extensively with specialized populations providing social work services, counseling and support. She has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings. Elizabeth serves as a clinical consultant for various programs and offers clinical supervision for individuals at her Eliot office.
 
Pat McKenzie, LCSW, is a vice president of programs for Youth Alternatives Ingraham. She has previously served as the senior director of crisis services for Sweetser and as operations manager of Northeast Crisis Services. Pat has an advanced certificate in family therapy with a concentration in post-structural models of practice.
 
Kirsten Milliken, PhD, is a clinical psychologist who runs a private practice in Portland, Maine and has been working primarily with adolescents and young adults. She also founded Back on Track, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills programs to at-risk adolescents in Maine. 
 
Donna Murray, MEd, is a local leader in the field of adventure-based and experiential learning. She is the coordinator of and facilitates programs for youth and adult groups throughout the state. She has also served as a certified trainer for Project Adventure.
 
DeeDee Nold, LICSW, RPT-S, is a licensed independent clinical social worker and a registered play therapist supervisor. She has a private practice in New Hampshire and Florida. Ms. Nold has a MA degree in Special Education from the University of Tulsa and a MSW from Barry University. She specializes in young children 18 months and older and works with special populations including Asperger's, Sensory Integration Disorder, Non Verbal Learning Disabilities, Acute Anxiety and Children of high conflict divorce. Ms. Nold is assisted in therapy by her therapy dog, Benny.

Laurie Parker, LMFT, is a registered play therapy supervisor with the Association for Play Therapy. She has a private practice in Ashland, New Hampshire.

Amy Simonds, LCPC, is Sweetser’s utilization review manager. She has a wide range of experience working with children and adolescents and as a clinical supervisor.
 
Kelli Star Fox, LCSW, LACD, CCS, holds an MSW from the University of New England School of Social Work and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. Kelli has been practicing as a substance abuse and family counselor since 1987 and as a clinical social worker since 1991. She has provided clinical and adminstrative supervision to students, master and bachelor level clinicians and supervisors for 20 years. Kelli is a director of Sweetser's Outpatient Affiliate Network and provides individual and group supervision and consultation. Kelli has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of New England Graduate School of Social Work and in the Marriage and Family Therapy Certificate Program. Kelli is the former executive director of Transitions Counseling, Inc.
 
Bonnie Thomas, LCSW, is a School-based clinician with Sweetser. She has worked with children ages 3-18 in a variety of clinical and social service agencies. Bonnie is the author and illustrator of Creative Coping Skills for Children: Emotional Support Through Arts and Crafts Activities.

Robert White, JD, is an attorney who has provided strategies to clinicians who are called to testify in court. Robert also serves as the compliance officer for Sweetser.
